Cosmetic Issues
This more mature patient had a dorsal hump, a deviated nose and a very narrow tip with inverted lower lateral cartilages creating an indented appearance to the alar region
Procedure:
An external septorhinoplasty approach was used, the dorsum excised, osteotomies performed and the nasal bones reduced. Lower lateral cartilages were refashioned to create a more rounded appearance to the domes and a more natural appearing nasal tip.
