The patient had a subtle hump and a slightly long nose with an overly acute nasolabial angle.

Procedure:

An external approach was performed. the hump was removed and osteotomies made. a cephalic resection was performed and intradomal sutures used to refashion the tip. The dorsal was incrementally shaved to achieve an appropriate contour.
